Cheryl Johnson, MA, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She enjoys working with couples of all ages, including pre-marital, young marriages, and couples struggling to break long-term patterns. Cheryl works with remarriage and blended families with a special interest in families with teens. She works with clients seeking help for anxiety, anger management and depression.
Chris McCarthy, MEd, LPC has been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1998. He was married in 1993 and has 3 children. He specializes in marriage, family, adolescents, children, parenting, men's issues, depression and anxiety. He is co-author of Turnaround: Turning Fear into Freedom, an innovative and effective audio program for children with anxiety. He has 3 Masters degrees: Counseling, Theology and Christian Education. Alicia Collins, MS, LMFT has been a licensed marriage family therapist (LMFT) since 1992. She enjoys working with children (7+), teens and families. Alicia loves working with couples and has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) which research shows to be extremely effective. Her expertise includes assisting individuals emotionally to heal with issues of separation, divorce, grief/loss, sexual or physical abuse and trauma as well as working with a variety of emotional and behavioral problems. Over the years Alicia has helped adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and grief. She has been married to her husband for 34 years and together they have two married daughters and two granddaughters.
Mike Vaughn, MA, LPC specializes in individual and marital counseling, pre-marital, depression, personality disorders, and anxiety. Additionally, his expertise includes grief, sexual abuse, life transitions, career, and men's issues (including pornography and sexual addictions). He has been trained and credentialed under John Gottman who is a world renowned researcher on relationships. He earned his counseling degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Kelly Breen Boyce, PsyD is a licensed psychologist and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Helping people to understand themselves better and improve their relationships, her specializations include marital therapy, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and adult ADD. Dr. Boyce also provides psychological and educational assessment for children, teens and adults. As an assistant professor of counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, she is uniquely equipped to address spiritual concerns within therapy.
Heather Sheppard, MS, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, families and couples since 1997. She utilizes a strength-based Christian approach to counseling. Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, mood disorders, OCD, self-esteem, stress management, abuse, relationship issue and marriage counseling. His expertise includes marriage and pre-marital counseling, both men's and women's issues, parenting and spiritual direction. Jim is an ordained minister and national counseling radio talk show host. He broadcasts weekly from Carolinas Counseling Group. He is a group faciliator with Bethesda Workshops. He has master's degrees in counseling and christian education.

Kristina Franklin, MA, LPC, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She specializes in working with couples to improve communication skills, resolve conflict and rebuild marriages after an affair. Her unique and extensive experience is in working with law-enforcement officers, rescue workers, military personnel and their families. Kristina works with trauma and related fears, anxiety and panic disorders. She has master's degrees in counseling and theology.
Chad Kraska, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist specializing in psychological assessment, including educational and personality evaluations for children, teens and adults. He also provides psychotherapy with expertise in the areas of: Asperger's Disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, disruptive behavior disorders, depression, spiritual direction/theological concerns, men's issues and career/life direction. He works with children, adolescents, adults, marriages and families. Dr. Kraska earned his M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and completed an APA accredited clinical internship at The Devereux Foundation, Mapleton Campus. |
